in all seriousness, there should be something in place to give fully manned tanks a major advantage over one with just the pilot. Maybe medium turrets instead of small ones for passengers?

There's no way in hell that I could fit medium turrets on my HAV without destroying my eHP, unless they brung back the PG skill to its former glory, and THEN gave a PG bonus to the pilot suits. (assuming a medium blaster takes about 500ish PG).

Requiring tanks to have multiple passengers by making them useless when driven solo provides justification for any buffs they receive. If tanks need 2 people to be effective, it zhould require 2 to take them down. besides, this is a TEAM based game.
