As such it should also do +33% burn DoT that interferes with shield regen and stops armour repairing. CCP, are you hiring?

The AR is the absolute best weapon in Dust but CCP may still give it some more power. Their logic is flawless. If it sucks, we'll nerf it. If it's OP, we'll make it better!
