What about the 2 missing light frames, 2 missing Scout suits, 3 missing heavy frames, and 3 missing Sentinel suits?
Dollars to donuts the only Commando we are getting is Amarr, because others would have to come with heavy frames, plus the associated skills and bonuses to go with it.
Can't we finish off the current unfinished tiers before dedicating the art resources toward new unfinished tiers? |

They will have all the suits out maybe not today maybe not tomorrow but some day. |

They will always not give you everything you want.
If they gave us all the suits and weapons you'd ask where all the racial vehicles were.
If they gave you the vehicles, you'd want the turrets to go with.
If they gave you the turrets, you'd want racial map assets.
If you got all the map assets, then by gosh, why would they have given us those and NOT given us PvE yet!
If they delivered PvE, but not a player market THAT would be a travesty!
Once they give us a player market, we would be apalled that they couldn't have possibly come up with a way for us to be on new planets yet!
If we had all of the above and no new game modes it would just be a routine grind-fest!

I'm pretty sure any ******* can recolor a dropsuit. It's not like it's gonna actually look different.
Other than that however, I agree. Would be nice to get complete suit options. And vehicles. And weapons.
I'm ok with them focusing on the important things first though. Like stuff they've already finished, stuff that's super easy to implement, and core mechanics.
A lot like what we're getting in 1.2, it seems.

All of the things you listed are not basic items.
True there are some people that will always complain but Basic Heavy Suits are something that are pretty...well basic to have. |

Instead of finishing what they started, they initiated another effort that is unfinished. We don't have all the light/scout suits because art is behind. This implies that the stats and skill trees are ready for rollout and they just need the models. So instead of working on models for suits we know are missing, the art department was on Commandos.
I'm worried less about this particular example, and more about the foreboding implication that CCP had ADHD and can't finish their base foundation before moving on to new content. |
