At one point, I submitted a ticket to cancel my respec that I filed on May 30th. But they told me that it was impossible to cancel the respec and that I can just respec my character the same way I had it before. Then I got all the SP refunded. I proceeded to start respecing the same skills. But what happened was that I made a decision to respec into a full proto Logi, thinking I would have enough SP for the rest of all the skills I previously had. Boy, was I wrong. My guess is that the proto suits are much more worth than the others. It was expensive. I never had a proto before. However, I was happy with the change. The proto was unexpectedly useful for me. I also still had enough SP to get the necessary skills I had before, such as the Sniper Rifle, Drop uplink, and a few other small skills. The rest of the skills I'm missing, I can work to get again. You could say it was a mistake that turned out to be good even if it meant the loss of some skills I've always had. For those who haven't respec, I urge you to plan it out rather than throwing SP around like money. Use a calculator, paper and pen, or an excel spreadsheet to plan it all out. Don't just look at the skills and go, "Piece of cake, I can get all that." I encourage you to use your brain and think.

There was a thread created for you earlier today... something about making a mistake with your respec.

Bored at work? Got some free time on your hands? Your lecturer or teacher blabs on about knowledge that you already know?

Fear the long, dragging days of wasted life no more! Spend your time planning you own SP distribution using http://wiki.dust514.info/index.php?title=Skills

Simply find the skills you want, use the multiplier table at the bottom of the page to determine how much SP you need for it and its prerequisites, and add it up with a calculator!

Edit: or use a skill planner if you wish. But the wiki is way cooler.

A specialised proto such as logi costs a lot more than a basic proto.

Thanks, guys. It's alright, I'm still happy with the changes I made anyway and I know the skills I need to get. Much appreciated.
