lol @ OP
Vets have more of a reason to speak up than noobs. We've been here over a year now, testing this game since servers were only online for a couple days and a couple hours, and not 23/7 as it is now.
Don't be mad at the vets that stuck with this game so long, giving feedback since forever, hoping CCP improves the game. Direct your anger elsewhere. |

Don't be mad at the vets that stuck with this game so long, giving feedback since forever, hoping CCP improves the game. Direct your anger elsewhere. You've been here for over a year, yes. Speaking up, sure. It's a real shame only you're fellow bitter vets actually seem to listen to you. :)
who cares who listens to me? People are free to say what they want, ESPECIALLY when they've stuck with something for so long. Time and money invested, so people can say whatever they want. I don't condone disrespectful posts, but posts that are honest and actually have a point gets a thumbs up.
Again, direct your sarcasm and anger elsewhere cuz we've stuck with this game for so long. |

Last time I checked, Dust 514 was not a prison.
who's debating that? who said people haven't left? But you're missing the point where feedback =/= moaning.
Having a general discussion is just that, a discussion. A bunch of opinions clashing together to get a reply and more questions. If people wanna moan, SO WHAT???
If you invested money into a product, YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO AN OPINION, A VALID ONE, ON THAT PRODUCT.
You telling people stop bitching means something? I can tell you stop bitching about people bitching... irony? |

I can tell you stop bitching about people bitching... irony? Let me put this to you simply. You keep saying that you are stuck with the game because of time invested. Do you think investing more time with improve that lemon bitter attitude you seem to have? You are not stuck with the game. Just because you have paid money to the game does not give you any sort of stake in the games future. That would be getting shares in it.
people are staying with the game cuz they see potential. People should not feel satisfied with the game as it is now cuz the game is in a mess. Cry about it or not, the game is a mess. The game has reached this far thanks to the feedback people gave, and continue to give.
Negative or positive.
If you don't like people complaining, leave the forums. See how that works? |

You have to remember that the early vets were involved in the game from the beginning. They have a large sense of involvement and in some cases feel they have a particular relationship with how it should progress. All that is fine as they are very knowledgeable but I don't like it when they dismiss everyone who doesn't have that time in. People without time in are known as new players -- and we have to figure out how to keep them around somehow. I know ****posting isn't going to do it. Fixing up the known game issues would certainly help... I think we have about a 99.99% agreement level on that one. What we don't all agree on is what exactly should be fixed and how. The faster "vets" realise that they "were" beta testers. THATS IT!!!! Stop acting like your better than everything and anyone in these forums. You are owed NO ENTITLEMENT. Get over yourselves. When this game dies you will be laughed at. Remember the MAG beta vets? Didnt think so. This thread is trash and a troll ridden spectacle that these forums are famous for. Keep it up "vets" your creating an amazing experience for new players. At the cost of your inflated egos. Done ranting
You're and Your Some writers are confused by you're and your. A mistake involving these constitutes a grammatical howler.
You're You're is a contraction of you are. It has no other uses. This is a 100% rule. If you cannot expand it to you are in your sentence, then it is wrong.
Examples:
* The trouble with the rat race is that even if you win, you're still a rat. (Lily Tomlin) (Expands to you are GÇô correct)
* Doing nothing is very hard to do. You never know when you're finished. (Leslie Nielsen) (Expands to you are GÇô correct)
* Please ask Joan to post the parcel when you're in London. (Expands to you are GÇô correct)
* You said that you couldn't believe you're ears. (Does not expand to you are GÇô should be your)
Your The word your sits before another word (usually a noun or a pronoun) to show that it belongs to "you" (e.g., your car, your arm), is of "you" (e.g., your picture, your photograph) or is related to "you" (e.g., your uncle).
Your is a possessive adjective. (Other possessive adjectives are: my, your, his, her, its, our, and their.)
Examples:
* Our expert will answer your questions about pensions and savings. (questions belonging to "you")
* Sarah doesn't look like your sister. (related to "you")
if you wanna rant, at least do it right
