Being a dropship pilot is hard as it is, u can kill with out gunners and a cheap forge gun and missiles can take u out with no warning. But now I started noticing that when people spawn in my drop ship I don't even get any points. Fix this
Also something else that needs to be address is telling people to get out of the dropship. Last game I played I landed right in front of a cloning bay so my gunners could hack it. I would have just jumped out myself but I don't trust anyone not to fly off and crash my stuff anymore. Honestly just add a get out get in commanded for the pilot of the dropship and everyone in the closet area. This stuff. Is simple, doesn't take a whole year to fix!

MCRUs don't give points for spawns. Not a bug. Intended. Not that I disagree entirely but this thread should be in requests.
Also, if MCRUs did give points, you'd have to have some sort of limit or timer otherwise your squad could just continually spawn and suicide to boost WP and get an orbital in about a minute. |

spawn suicided for an orbital will cost you 100 clones.. pointless |

I'm glad you did the math on that cause I was seriously contemplating it lol j/k
There are already limits on drop uplinks, repair tools ( pointless get points only for repairing people WTF? unless your repping a tank ( guardian points nice!) thanks QQers), nanos.
So allow a +25 for vehicle spawn once per squad mate per match is fair. But to make this fair to the pilot since only his team can spawn on uplinks a mobile CRU would have to be open to the whole team not just his squad. So a pilot would be able to theoretically get 400 WP for a mobile CRU per match if all 16 players spawned to it once.
Now if a ship is lost the new ship would start at 0. Meaning if pilot is shot down and brings a new ship in he could possibly get another 400 points. However recalling a ship has no effect on this, meaning once you get your 400 you cant recall the ship then respawn it. You must loose it to get another 400 points. |

I've been playing since before the chronometer update and it it used to be that the pilot got points for when u spawned in. I don't remember them stoping that. Such a dumb thing to get rid of. Now there is no point befitcial reason to get a CRU

It happened again I had just bought a new drop ship and the second I pull out the damn vehicle transport blindsided me. I got an idea that I think will work. The vehicle transport should work like how the workers in Starcraft 2 work. They have not hit detection with other units that aren't friendly meaning that when someone is flying there is no risk of running into the some itch. The enemy can still attack it but friendlies can just pass through...at least up to them dropping off there load then u can run into them. |
