T4K3RoftheSOUL Pros On The Trigger 0	Posted - 2013.06.21 23:31:00 - [1] - Quote IMHO this game is great. It has a lot of the aspects I have been looking for in a game. Yes there are some things that could be made better, yes there are some flaws, but name a game that doesn't. This game has great potential. Coming from an FPS background I got so sick of corner camping noob tubers and riot shields that I don't even enjoy game nights tto the level that I used to. Dust requires strategy,not only on the battlefield, as well as building ones character, drop suits, and vehicles. Never being a MMORPG fan. The creators of this game has gained another fan. Keep up the good work and thanks again for the game.

I Agree that there are some things that NEED to be fixed, like the Matchmaking, and the like, but this game Plays well, no matter what the rest of the forumers think.

People have to realize that this entire game is the first to run on this sort of complex server architecture, which presents many hoops to jump through for the Devs. Unlike the PC and EVE, programming for the PS3 also presents limits on hardware since the the processing capacity of each unit is uniform (unless you upgrade to an SSD). That being said, there are quite a few problems concerning basic elements like movement, frame rate, aiming, and hit detection that really detract from the enjoyment of the game. The moment you get stuck on a corner or an invisible wall, or die because your game turns into a slide show becomes immediately frustrating because the game feels like it cheated you. Once things like these can be improved and the game starts to feel more polished I'm hoping the QQ will die down and people will start giving more valuable feedback.

Apparently it helps a lot with texture loading and the like.

I personally don't like them due to when I'm not sniping the HMGs tear me apart.
