Realistically, you need to wait until the numbers permanently drop below 3000, even at peak times, before this statement can be considered some what true.

People are still trying to find new things to discuss. The known problems have been talked into the ground, and I bet most people are just waiting to see what 1.2 has in it. I'm still here, I'm more critical than most, constructive feedback didn't work complaining hasn't worked but for a small percentage they are enjoying the game (each to their own). We believed the hype and were let down by the reality at the end of the day ccp seem happy with the way dust is going and that no amount of forum moaning, complaining can change their stance. When the forums go quiet then they may take notice so we are all guilty of perpetuating the cycle of frustration on both sides.

If you get banned it's generally because you deserved it. Many of us who aren't banned have already talked about the issues in the current build numerous times. Thinking that acting like a brat and ****posting constantly is going to have a positive impact is just plain stupid.
