I still am unable to find an example that shows me the massively flawed game mechanics that have apparently been in my face this whole time. It's just "CCP fix aiming" repeated over and over again. I am having trouble determining exactly what problems everyone is having, because all of my bullets always hit their mark.
But I understand now...
This is what you want.
Taken from a masterpiece of the generation.
Another glorious example of finely tuned game mechanics and lag compensation that Dust clearly lacks.
Please prove me wrong and show me a video that clearly shows your frustrations. Come for me, I'm waiting. |

Plus... you're forgetting CCP acknowledges there IS a problem and they are working on it.

Adjust turn acceleration, and increase the percentage of the stick's deflection arc for making precise aiming adjustments, it's currently too small.

I find that there are dead spots in the right stick,especially when sniping in ADS mode.It is very hard to make very small adjustment without the controls jumping around quite a bit,and no,it has nothing to do with the skill to reduce sway. |

Yeah that's annoyed me before as well. I haven't sniped much in Uprising, but I know in Chromosome there was smooth horizontal movement but vertical adjustments were jumpy. |
