When i signed up for a respec the rules were kinda unclear to me and an 1 or 2 day later i get a reply.

and due to moving and being broke i had no internet till now. So my question is do i still get a respec or am i screwed. |

They said I also had no e-mail address attached to the account I was posting from. That was incorrect, but I created another ticket detailing my psn and e-mail attached, they then respecced me in a few days.
Something is wrong with there validation/attachment of accounts. |

should've submitted the ticket from the main website, it uses your character name so no chance of error |
