I really want to skill into the Gallente scout, but the slot configuration on the adv suit is really really making me not do it every time I pull up the skills for it for consideration. You would think that the logical progression for this suit would be 1 high on all the variants and the std 2 lows, adv 3 lows, proto, 4 lows. So wth is up with the adv. was this some kind of mistake on CCPs part and if so (and even if not) could you please fix this to mor adiquately reflect the Gallente philosophy, CCP? |

Then again, CCP giveth, CCP taketh away.
One high is enough for me because I have all of my points sunk into Gallente related skills. Not really interested in the highs. |

Are you saying that I am not alowed to put plates on it? Will you send me to my room if I do? The new plaits may be slightly more useful for this than the current ones, but as it stands now, I use I use the standard Dren scout with two basic plates a complex shield extender and a compact nano and do VERY well in this suit. The extra strafing speed and smaller hit box makes a lot of diferent in any engagement. It would be nice to be able to through two complex repairers on this build or one on the adv. I also have some speed builds in mind which is why the adv needs to have the three lows. It just doesn't make since for it not to. |

In fact, when compared to the 170% relative hp to the medium frame and comparable run speeds, going medium is a much better starting point for any kind of 'shooting' business. In fact, being within 30m of anyone capable of pulling a trigger in ANY kind of light frame is worse than pulling your pants down and asking them to go easy on you.
Reheelly? People are so arrogant. The majority seem to really think that they have got the market cornered on what should or shouldn't be done/what can or cannot be done. *shakes his head* |
