sniper helmet is moving side to side about a shoulder length distance side to side smaller continues motions are harder 4 snipers to hit than wider longer motions run in a zig zag but don't make zig zag equal and don't make it 2 obvious the direction or building ur heading to as they could just wait for you zip round corner and bam ur dead |

But... there are "Prototype helmets." They're called Caldari logistics suits.
Yes, there are glass cannon tanks, but it's ridiculous when four or five Lai Dais can take out your Madrugar or Gunnlogi stacked nearly exclusively with armor modules/shield modules. |

He isn't talking about snipers. He is talking about tankers QQing over their multiple Nerfs. In all honesty, O'dell has it right. Keep Proto weapons, but drop the world down a notch to no more engineering skill. Actually, make it reduce the CPU of YOUR PG up grades, drop your health, eHP, and reduce your range again.
I said this once and I will say it again. Rebalancing of AV to vehicles will require starting at the top, and going down. |

No we need maps which are not all designed to be sniper wet dreams.
Seriously every map in this game is in a hole surrounded by hills...and the new map we are supposed to be getting with 1.2 or with the further updates over the next few months is a friggin crater.
Bullets that evaporate after 50 meters does not help much either. |
