I was one of those who patiently waited in excitement for the new build to come out about 2 months ago , I updated and was impressed with what I saw , I jumped to the chance of using.the new scrambler rifle so I put most my hard earned sp into It just to find out it wasent for sale :( . I was so upset by this I had to take some time off because I had no way to progress in game without slowly destroying my hard worked on kdr also I had specced into Many wrong skills because I totaly didn't understand them new.menu :( ,7 million sp ive worked so hard on grinding GONE , wasted on confusion :( . So I left game for couple of weeks hoping that.there would be another update in future and it would sort it out , I've come back to dust and everyones.talking about respecs ??? And the deadline is over ????
As a true loyal dust player I feel betrayed by it :( it screws me over with my weapon , then my sp by confusing me with new menu and skills , and now it's basicly saying all my sp I've worked so hard for is wasted , when evryone else.is geting their problem resolved ....
U say eve is like dust , I plan on playing this game for Years , is it right that I get punished by not having a respec because I took a breather for few.weeks ???
Belive me if id have known id be the first one to sign up because.my game is ruined :( its takes all the enjoyment out of it because I feel like I have to start again when I have 7 mill sp :/
I hope.there is a way.for me to get a respec because I really enjoy this game but dont know if I cam keep playing if it carrys on like the I seem to run into one problem after the other

I know it sucks but you are stuck with your chosen weapon for the foreseeable future unless you want to ignore your SP investment and go with a sub par weapon in another category

You have to create a petition and call it 'respec' , but there was also a deadline which has been and gone
but nothing stopping you from still trying |

There are a couple of people I'm sure like Ricky who left or took breaks after
Uprising came out who weren't ever aware of the second respec. We all got
our chance at it if we so desired so I don't see any real problem with them getting
it if it could be worked out.
Unfortunately CCP did put a time limit on applications so I think you may be screwed
here man. |

Had no idea of a deadline so how was I to know lol , I'll try ands submit a ticket , just posted hoping someone else had same problem as me and they got it resolved , all I can do now is try , ok all thanks for ur interest and help :) |

In this case the choice had already been made, and cant be undone, his options are to live with them or correct them by investing the same amount of accumulated SP into another weapon system, and for some people that may seem like almost starting again based on the amount of time it took to accrue the SP in the first place.
And the way the developers keep moving the goalposts around threads like these don't surprise me in the slightest |

Its unfortunate you find you're in a bad spot with SP and you werent around for the second respec. You can try to submit a ticket but you're 20 days past the deadline, I honestly wouldn't expect anything from them.
I'm not exactly sure what SP is wasted though?
Scrambler Rifles are now on the market, and they are pretty good. Get yourself an assault scrambler if you dont like the charged version and play until you can get enough SP to get into a gun you really want. |
