GM Grave 2nd and final respec announce 18/06 | today announce second respec where?

I just came to say hello id say obnoxious was more fitting though hes not wrong... the daily downtime he looked at didnt mention 'final', it was mentioned elsewhere, but unless youve been tracking the issue closely for the past month or so, you probably wouldnt be aware that theres multiple threads about this issue. and how many of the people awaiting respecs would have been able to promptly find that post and or quote? though lets cut the flaming and get back to the point of 'wheres our respecs'
