Will CCP explain this? Firstly why are things being committed to that are not followed up on. Again raising expectations of players only to leave disappointed and why the near lack of information?

A vague announcement is seriously sub-par for what as been a contentious community issue CCP. If players were lacking faith it appears CCP is doing their best to help that along.
