O wait...
Any word yet on when we can expect to see another heavy race? Been a year now and all heavies have is Amarr. |

a dev said they were coming soon, but not soon enough...
Soon = 3-6 months
Not soon enough = 6+ months?
Here's hoping for another heavy race BEFORE the PS4 comes out. |

True enough. Amarr are also the fat waddlers with low base speed. Since kin-cats increase speed by a percentage and not a flat value a Minmatar heavy would be getting a vast amount more mileage from them, even with less, especially with stacking penalties factored.
When it comes to stacking penalties does it penalise the highest values first or the lowest when the modules used aren't all equal? |

Too bad, your choices mean something. All those SP are going to stay tied up in Amarr and you're just going to have to deal with it because you weren't intelligent enough to just sit on those SP and imagine what it's like to play a heavy

I saw that too, but at 252 Shields and 158 armor that damn well better not be the Caldari heavy. I'm guessing it's dev hacks on a Caldari medium. |
