curious, what gun and suit do you main with? ds3, mouse,? whats your experiance with fps games? no troll, genuinly curious as im one that just cant play since upriseing |

I wouldn't dare spoil my shooter with a filthy mouse and keyboard  I've used every weapon on this account or my many alts and I have had absolutely no problems hitting what I am shooting at. Scouts dodge bullets (and ions or whatever) but they kinda should. I turn both sensitivities down to 0 (except I put Y to 20 for shotgunning to catch the jumpers.) EDIT: As for experience with FPS, I've played em all. Lots and lots of time in CODs, Battlefields, Killzones. I've even done PC stuff like CS, TF2 and Tribes. Didn't like Planetside. EDIT 2: Forgot about Halos, but Halo isn't really a shooter, it's more of a point and click.
aye, if the zero in this bit "I turn both sensitivities down to 0" isnt a typo, then that will be why your ok with aiming
i tried 10 and while aiming was a bit better, its far to slow for me to use regular with my play style, the defaults 50, how you get on with 50? do you always turn sens down on fps, or you felt you had too with dust? |

I find that the acceleration really throws me off and I lose a lot of duels. If I'm running Logi or dedicated scanner (I do get bored) high sensitivity isn't too bad. Oh and sniping. I like sniping on high sensitivities. Low-sensitivity sniping makes me overthink, but I seldom go over 30-30. I just read through this thread again. Still not sure of the issue people are having.
The drops in frames makes cqc unbareable, as does the hit detection, poppping man in face, red hit markers, yet he take no dmg, then to top it off, like we already established, sens needs to go down for accurate aiming, but at the cost of speed
50's too fast, but its not lol yeah that makes no sense to anyone but me i expect.
cqc , aiming up headshots while on the move, straffing, has all become awkward, im just constantly fighting the contorls
any other game and pre uprising, i aim i shoot, i kill, now i spend all the time fighting the controls, back and forth trying to line up shot, its like theres no precsion aiming , its gone, unless you go down to 10 or below sens, which is just far too slow for other situations,

I only have real frame drop client side for sure. Like when there's three instances of dust going on. The only thing Uprising has done for me in terms of aiming is that I cant pray and spray with the SMG anymore. Like I said, I recommend turning off aim assist for everything. And I suppose there should be a wider range of sensitivities, or at least quick switching between saved presets. Do you use a DS3? I find that when you use cheap 3rd party controllers the acceleration is ridiculous. It just keeps getting faster and faster instead of resetting when i switch direction. I don't have too bad of a time using weapons like the SR or the TAR, but the ultra-low sensitivities that make these weapons work does kind of screw you over in CQC, but then again, they aren't great CQC weapons to begin with. Weapons like the HMG most certainly need a little bit more fidelity cause you need at least 50-50 to use them well.

Regarding pray and spray, its the opposite for me, before upriseing, and like any other game, my shots go where i aim at, the head! , i always aim high, ive never had any trouble locking bang on to my target, but now, its become spray and pray for me, alot of my deaths just feel cheap now
I use a new blue official ds3, auto aim indeed does feel better off, but only by a fraction
Theres just no precision at a decent sensitivity, small adjustments on the ds3 arnt so small as they should be, fecked up deadzone?
