I got my one day active booster as "compensation" for the DDOS attack. My problem with this is four parts.
1.) I rely more on PASSIVE boosters then ACTIVE, especially since there is no way I will get a full 24 hours use out of my ACTIVE booster.
2.) I had both an ACTIVE and a PASSIVE booster plugged in when the DDOS occurred.
3.) The PASSIVE booster I had/have plugged in is the "30-Day OMEGA PASSIVE BOOSTER" (Limited offer 2x passive SP gain)
4.) The DDOS attack lasted over 24 hours (but less then 72 for the 3 day booster). I lost over 24 hours of 2x Passive skill gain and I am "compensated" with an item that would be extremely difficult to get 100% use out of and even if I did I would still be missing the 2x Passive gain from my other booster?!?
I hope a Dev or GM can assist me in resolving this matter as this is rather frustrating.

you still received your passive SP I do believe. Counter still runs regardless of you being in battle. Active was compensated because you couldn't be deployed in that time. |

Thanks, I know this is normally the case, but with the DDOS and the servers completely shut off, I would like a DEV or GM to confirm if passive was still ticking. |

There was already a confirmation about that, in the very same post they told they're gonna compensate with active booster.
I won't be even linking the post, valuable info like that can be found on announcements. |

You got passive Skill points during the downtime.
And this is to make up for the lost time if you had an Active booster, so it's almost like you never lost any time |

They already did.
