Only if it has a higher SWAG requirement than a higher skill ISK equivalent. |

I suggest that instead of increasing the insult power, your insults should be more frequent. But you still need to aim right at them.
Aiming is Overpowered. I should just be able to talk about their stupid looking shoes while looking toward the ground near them and have them feel bad about their fashion sense. |
