In several of the past posts, there is mention of the 1.2 patch but I have heard nothing about when this patch will be available. Is there an estimated date for this patch?

Yes, I'm sure they checked his transaction history before trolling him. He is not a customer, he is a player, whether he or you have payed for anything doesn't entitle you towards better treatment.

In 2013 when the game is hinging on failure based on a lack of communication from developers to players and vice versa you can see how this GM's timing is bad

All they do is troll. I haven't seen a CCP dev post any information about Dust that's actually useful since chromosome.

Sure they'll post to tell us that the server is coming back up after it crashes, but when it comes to the actual gameplay experience, they're silent.
