Just promoting a competitors product. There is absolutely no reason that CCP has to allow that type of nonsense on their forums. Especially when this activity is bothering some of their customers, presumably paying ones, and quite possibly driving away new customers.

Agreeing to ban everyone who is trolling is a sign of weakness. All these game threads no matter which game or how successful are full of trolls. Your job as CPM makes you held to a higher standard. Ignore the trolls and help fix the game. Do that and the numbers of people playing will rise again. Feed the trolls and the numbers will continue to decrease. You are making crap up. Nobody is talking about banning all trolls. Hell, trolling is a lot of fun... but you can certainly ban the ones that are designed to harm CCP monetarily. Get a grip.

Companies have every right to protect themselves commercially from attacks that may impact new player adoption and so forth.
