I doubt it, they are probably working on a bunch of changes no one wants and redesigning things that aren't broken. |

Remember, CCP said they weren't going to push marketing until the end of this year. Consider this an extended beta phase while they work to get things balanced and new content finished. |

I know what I'm talking about because i actually live in EU. And believe me when i say that its timezone's dead. today yes. It's monday and yes, there may be more guys during the weekend. But the fact remains. |

While bugs and stuff play a factor I'd imagine
I think most people are forgetting that the Northern Hemisphere is basically in Summer now. And yes seasons do play a factor as well for most MMO's or whatever.
Looking at the Server Status & Populations of a myriad of different online games at the SOE site, populations are relatively low across the board. |

How so? In the UK school doesn't stop for summer holidays until another couple of weeks. Only Uni students are already off. Everyone else who has a job with normal hours is only just finishing work now. |
