I flanked a sniper really well, went to put my explosive on his behind, went to detonate it and it made the sound when a nanohive goes out or destroy one. He reacted and evaded me. It's frustrating because he flanked me and when I do it on him this happens. Damn it, it would've been so sweet.
I'm sure this has happened to other players. |

Not a glitch! U dropped it in a bad spot, ths all. If it don't layy straight on te ground, it wiil disappear. |

Well not exactly. He still laid it down in a wrong spot, yea. But you don't need to lay it down exactly straight. My amazing 'skill' always seems to place REs on their noses...
But yea, not a glitch. |

Fudge man! It would've been a sweet kill if it landed right,bros. I threw it, saw the blue icon and then (fart noise here). I was shocked that that would happen, but I laughed at the end. He got lucky though. |

Yea... I once took out a group of heavy snipers like that. I actually set it down, humped it a couple times, and set it off while I was sitting on it. I just wish this game had a kill-cam so they could see how much time I had to kill them. Plus, it must've looked funny to see a Gallente Scout just humping a RE (Cue Explosion) suddenly the entire group is gone. Only thing I was missing was a blue box labelled 'Police Public Call Box'. :P |

I wish you can record stuff and then show it to your corp. I once flanked a group, they were in a firefight, I threw it down and blew up 2 dudes. I think that RE kills have the best animation lol |

Generally when I want to kill a sniper IRL what I do is walk up behind them and try to set up a block of C4 about five feet behind them, then I slowly back away, and...

Since the uprising the issue has increased into problematic levels.
When laying down a minefield of twelve mines, one third of them just fizzle when they are supposed to become online. And that's on hard flat road.
Maybe they land upside down and that's the cause. But it's plain stupid that if you're on perfectly even surface and standing still while setting the explosive and still they fizzle... |
