umm... why? would be appreciated.
maybe give some reasons like
how would it work? is distance involved? some one looking down sights of a sniper rifle? elevation take a part in it?
no one will take you seriously if you don't give any reason on why or how it would take affect. I know you can do it because I just commented on another one of your posts. |

Ok, I would see it as everytime you are looking through your scope and kill a sniper that's crouched somewhere you'll get a "counter-snipe kill +55"
Should it be the same if I snipe a sniper that is on the battlefield getting ready to find his perch and snipe? I say yes, since I'm taking him out before he takes out my squad.
A plus 10 WP would be ideal, but don't worry counter-sniping is rare and doesn't happen often unless they are noobs to the game/role.
It will also give snipers an incentive to be on the look out for enemy snipers (something I already do).
I say this because as a dedicated sniper my WP are low even if I get a lot of kills. The best satisfaction comes when I counter-snipe anyways.
Does any sniper like this idea or what?

Can I have a counter killing bonus if I manage to kill someone using the same weapon as me? Or a vengeance bonus! If I get killed by X and later in the same match I kill him back, I should get a bonus. And the additional 5WP should be displayed as GÇ£Tit for tat +5GÇ¥.
I don't think your request is useful or fair. You get WP for killing someone regardles of the weapont hey were using. Counter sniping is just killing in the end, a reaction to a need on the battle field. Same as bringing AVGÇÖs for vehicles. Your WP are low because you do not contribute to the battle that much. I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but sniping does not help as much as you may think (most of the time anyway). Giving additonal points for someone who stays in the red line (or the MCC for that matter) does not sound like a good idea to me. Please note, I am not calling you a red line sniper but your suggestion would give additional points for them too.
There have been different suggestions as to the role of a sniper. Such as marking targets which would give you additional points if you're running in a squad and actually helping out. These suggestions are much better than giving a flat bonus to snipers.
