MAG has solid frame rate. Lags a ***** but frame rate was always good. MAG > Dust514 for evaaaaaar.
Panther, you raise a good point. We should all go back to MAG :D Btw it takes I think 6/7 shots to bring people down, or 2 headshots, instead of 120 bullets or half a clip to the face.
Get a medkit... How can you say the skill tree is pointless :(

But panther, if you believed everything on the forums, Dust died months ago :p Same deal. I didn't play MAG until v2.13 which everyone tells me is nothing compared to the awesomeness of pre1.03. Don't care MAG was the best, I only stopped because of my Bluray dying. |

That's just guys in PC Ofcourse. Then there's PRO... (trollolol).
LoI might be MAG vets, but I don't know so won't say. Bottom line? MAG player own Dust. CCP need 32 vs 32 & solid frame rate. |

Noooo. They got bored fighting each other in sabo, because que sync is a joke, and Donination? Can't get 250 people in to start the match. Sabo guys hate Domo and Domo guys hated sabo. Also lots of people DO go back on there quite a bit.
If CCP had listened to Phantom, Jump, myself and some of the other early closed beta testers with regards "basic gameplay" I.E. frame rate, hit detection & lag, Game modes & maps, we might not be in the mess we have now. It might have ended up exactly the same mind. Only DEVs can build/fix a game. Free beta testers cannot :( |

Skill counts for 90% of MAG. From the duck dip dodge, to the T1 sniper insta kill, to the medkit groove, it all required faster reaction times, quicker thumbs, and more thought than anything in Dust. The other 10% was lag. |

Oh and Panther, look at the hours people have played MAG. Thats only in game hours and doesn't count sitting around on menus. CCP need to get that stat added ASAP.
Oh how I miss the MAG stat tracking. Best in anygame ever. Can't think of a stat which wasn't on there.
@Babar There so so many more too. Warriors inc also need a shout out & acme corp (pretty sure they're the old WB clan). Oh and MUT. Krat0s & Lycan are still super beasts. |

I know what the problem is. You're running. You show up on the minimap depending on how fast you move (that's why lvl 40, maxed jammer skills, a silencer, acoustic locator & medkit was a standard loadout for many).
Run that fit for a few days and let us know how it goes. Until then, heavy armour, acoustic locator, medkit with max revive skills, & a shotty. Extra 20 hp & explosive resists are 100% must have vital skills too. |
