Then perhaps PIE INC is your place. The guys from PIE (Praetoria Imperialis Excubatoris) are pretty new to DUST however they are very active in FW EVE side and when FW begins to shape and change into something more dynamic and important to DUST these guys will be right up there.
PIE INC supports RP, if that's your thing then there will be a lot of opportunities to do so, if not then a brief interview is about the extent of what is needed to join a great group of Amarr FWers.
Bear in mind PIE does have some standards. As long as you are a loyalist to the Amarr then I'm sure you will be able to join us soon enough. I've had a lot of luck with the Amarr FWers recently.

Not my first FPS game, so no need to explain the K/D thing, especially in a competitive environ that is New Eden. I just don't have the gear/experience necessary to maintain that kind of record is all. |

Misunderstood, don't wanna explain what k/d is, wanted to explain how you can join regardless of it
