Sorry but some of the best FPS players in DUST constantly mention this, and I'm pretty sure they could melee half the DUST population into submission. The more likely story is that people who aren't so good can't tell the difference between a missed shot and shoddy hit detection.
QFT I'm a very good player and I just hate when the bullets sound like hitting the body but no damage at all. |

Sadly Activision does better job than CCP. That Destiny game looks so beautiful.
