I bought the top level merc pack and the Dren gear only went to my main character. Is there a reason I didn't get that gear to each of my characters on my account? |

If you buy it in-game, everything goes to the character that's playing. If you buy stuff in the PS store, you still only get 1 copy of everything, but I think you should be able to select which pieces go to which character individually. That said, since you can only put passive active on one character, you're going to be necessarily limited in advancement by that factor. |

I bought the dren pack, which in sweden costs 141 USD (why this pricing is, I fear I'd get a heart attack if I tried to find out). I did this ingame, and it all ended up on a toon instead of my main char. Took several days to get the support team to make "an exception" to fix this.
When you make a purchase, no info is given whatsoever. When you get items in general in dust, they are, as you say, queued at login to be distributed to our chars as we please. But when you actually pay shitloads? then it's dumped in your knee just like that. Also, if you look at the buyable packs ingame, the dren pack states pretty well what's included, in the others, i'-¿s vague like, "awsome aerial sets!" nothing about whay you're actually buying, I bet that's pretty illegal in many countries. It also states things like, I quote; "Two 30-day boosters (active and passive)". So.. is that two boosters or four? I guess no legal personnel was involved in their actual business model. |

I guess when they add player trading (which is sort of planned, though not as a change to merc packs per se). You can take the stuff you bought on one character and give it to another (of your characters) for free. |
