In both games the enemy did not show up. we won these games by mcc destruction. at the end of the game the wtf are still online 300 +80 they lost nothing and we lost 160mil for the attacks. i think this glictch happened because they were at the exact same time idk. but i would like this to count as a lost on their side look into it asap please remove their clones.... edit in another battle with them right now where they no showed i will let you know if they lose clones. GMs have to contact devs, get answer, then reply back, and that sometimes takes more than 2-3 weeks to get done. I waited for my ticket answer once for much longer and never whined about it on forums.

This just screams that your web ticket system should have a drop down to select a team that the ticket should be directed towards if known. i.e. Drop down options (Team Name - short descriptor) Team True Grit - Planetary Conquest Team VFX - Visual Effects Team Earworm - Sounds etc. #justsaying
