How about we start calling/mailing them everyday until we get some answers? Next step is going to be contacting sony directly with my complaints and concerns on how this game has made me consider never purchasing dlc again.

well just checked up on mine and they closed mine due to customer failing to get in touch. Yet there was nothing for me to do so I will certainly be complaining to them |

At this point, I've assumed I'm not going to get it and moved on. I've already gotten enough SP to skill into what I wanted to skill into the first place and at this rate, the bugged skills I wanted to take SP out of will be fixed before I get my respec. |

Dust 514 has not progressed at all. I'm waiting for my Aurum Reset, but to tell you the truth I don't know why.
I'm going to be moving on soon anyway.
I was hoping to actually use the modeller "PhryEngine" ect, to make my own character and vehicles ect..
But Dust has turned in to rubbish for me now.
Soon we will have gangs of women running around , followed by their blacks with their privates in our face.
Might as well have set it in Manchester.
It lost all of its charm when CCP started pandering to them. |

that's what happens to everybody's automatically after seven days. as long as you got the first response saying that you are in the queue there is nothing to worry about. everybody's ticket will be closed by now whether they got their respec by now or not |

Boyo they told me first in five days, after when i asked more time "near future" and today still nothing i sent them many message, they told me many words but words are not swords. They didnt make anything from that time and after many many days last drop was drop in my chalice of patience. |

Its useless and counterproductive on their part. Specially since they went to the forums and promised the respec would take place, placing the blame of the delay on the DDoS and Eve expansion. I can understand some of that but for how long 1 month 3 years? Do I have to look forward to the respec for the PS4 release? This game , as it is, wont last 1 year much less 3 |
