And "Last of Us" did not show up afterward as scheduled either
CCP never announced the Twitch thing, twitch did that on their own.
For all we know Twitch made the whole thing up...or screwed it up all by themselves. |

I did the same thing... sat at my computer for like 20 minutes listening to that awful music watching the same snapdragon commercial about 15 times and.... nothing.
Last of Us just popped up too at 2:03 EST. Meaning... nothing at all from CCP.
What a bummer. Since they won't release info on the forums I was kind of hoping to get some glimpse of 1.2 other than what little we saw yesterday.
I guess we'll just have to wait until late July for patch notes to see what they put in 1.2. |

This is a big ol' fail for CCP. Honestly doesn't surprise me and continues to prove their lack of interest in their own game. This was one of their last times to impress and they didn't even get on (they had 9,000+ viewers ready and waiting), just a total **** up in my honest opinion. Well, I guess this could be the death-nail, I hope it's not but with PS2 and FF14 and Warframe coming to the PS4, all doing similar things to Dust it, it is making it even harder for people to care or have hope in this game. Not to mention all the other games coming out, and CCP has a real problem.
Maybe they shouldn't have wasted money on a new employee and used that money on a presentation to save their game. |

Sadly, that was why I was watching... for a REASON to continue to play this game. I've spent my share of my money on this game, and with my boosters running out in a few days I see no reason to repurchase them  |

your not the only one, I've spent $100 on this game and I know a lot of other people who have spent a ton of money and now it looks like its gone to waste. It's sad because this game had so much potential but they are just killing themselves and for what? Why even waste the time creating a game to have it fail this miserably, and ya they have to stop with this whole info dodge.

Quit..come back in a few months if it gets better. let your SP grow in passive....if it dies or does not get better then no loss on your part.
But yeah you should stop spending money on it....In fact i recommend everyone spend no more then you think you would pay for a game like this one if you bought it retail.
I payed $20 and i am happy with the purchase.
When i read or hear about people spending $100 or $200 or $800 on this game I just feel sad. |

PS2 actually had a 2 hour video at e3 showing new features being worked on that will be deployed in the next 3 months. They showed previews of content that won't released for months. And might even get cut based on player feedback.
I really really don't like PS2 so it's really annoying getting so much info on a game I never want to give a penny to but I get flooded with information on a game I'm not even trying to follow or support.
God **** it they even had unreleased features on the floor for people to mess with hands on. Why can't Dust have that? the PS2 team is like half the size of Dust.... |

However, no amount of bitching and complaining is going to get us what we want. If you have fun then enjoy the game while you wait and see what comes down the pipeline.
If you don't -- just take a break. Throw on a 30 day passive and go outside once in a while.
It's a game. It's supposed to be fun. Griping all the time is a downer for everyone. We all play the same thing... we all face the same suits, weapons, maps and glitches. We get it. |

Unfortunately no, but CCP New Castle is the group focused on making things work at multiple levels.
However I am more than willing to bet that Dust 514 will not be on UE3 forever. |

Have to agree on PS2 (though it isn't terrible). Been playing a bit, and have to say it was obviously designed for the ADHD crowd, constant running around at 3 x anything naturally possible, jumping. Everything spins and rotates and neck snapping speeds, including heavy vehicle turrets.
Anyway, far more variation at present than DUST, but if its all thats left it will be pretty grim. Really hoping the DUST team gets it together very, very soon. |

I had hope that a PS4 version would save us all. I like DUST, a lot. But there is simply no way it competes with Destiny and The Division and maybe PS2. A PS4 version with 32v32 and a slightly better engine would go a long way for keeping this sucker relevant. |

Okay I'm all for holding CCP's feet to the fire when it's needed
But if you were watching the twitch stream you saw they had technical difficulties with it, even the Last of Us segment was condensed and lacked any real substance.
For all we know CCP was cut due to time constraints or something.
With all that said, somebody should at least come on the forums and go over what was planned on being said during the segment.
Also torches are 100 isk and Pitchforks are 50.
