I think that was CCP's booth.
At the end of the video they said they had more people coming in and that the people there were welcome to try out EvR.
So basically it is like an amusement ride....6 people come in at a time...they are given the whats new with EvE speech and then they play EvR.
What we saw was a game journalist recorded it for us to watch.
So yeah this is not the E3 presentation which is to be today....though I would not be surprised if the presentation is pretty much the same thing...only it will be on a stage or a conference room. |

Um...
Did you watch the video. It was seriously underwhelming.
So exciting new features include:
A new login screen that summerises some 'metrics' (vomits in mouth) including overnight SP gain. Something we clearly need.
Some fixes to gun balance, shooting and movement.
2 new SI facilities (the only good part)
And a new tank class that is designed to deal with the swarms of dropships that apprently blot out the sun and dominate the battlefield.
The entire 10 minutes of that presentation made me pull these faces in order:

Yeah, the original twitch schedule said 30 but the schedule they're showing on the stream now says it's a 15 minute spot. |

The schedule says "booth schedule".
This might be twitch's schedule as they tour the the conference.....and could very well be the exact same thing as yesterday's video.
Though yesterday's video had EvE and Dust stuff....while this scheduled says only DUST 514.
Who knows. |

The matchmaking talk was good...lets hope that its implementation is good as well....ie killing the PuB stomping that is going on now and letting crap players be carried. |

The funniest part of the whole thing was when he talked about my own corp's little FW foray and claimed it was a "famous event."
Sorry to break it to you CCP, but it wasn't really that interesting. We played some random PUG games in FW, that's all. The mode is easy to manipulate because no one plays your game. It's not unlike PC right now. The people there dominate because they are the only one's dense enough to be playing it.
Any instance of a corp doing well in this game right now is the equivalent of winning a race in the special olympics. |

YOu missed the two entirely new terrain sets (maps).
And the promise of monthly updates for at least the next 3-6 months. CONTENT updates, before anyone makes a ******** comment about hyping bugfixes. |

I would also like to say that it wasnt announced for PS4.
It might well be possible that Sony has decided to part ways with Dust 514 and leave it behind on PS3. |

i don't know if we can blame CCP....even though i kind of like blaming them for stuff.
CCP made no announcements about this.
For all we know twitch screwed it up or just made up the whole thing.
Should point out that "The Last of Us" was supposed to get 15 min after Dust 514....and that was not shown either. |
