I wish I was kidding, Ive scared panicky drop ship pilots into crashing into buildings just by shooting them with a sniper rifle |

I was flying my (68k) gorgon up to a tower to drop off uplinks. I noticed another dropship attempting the same thing across the way, on another tower. He did not throw an uplink, but jumped back in.
I finish my business and get back in to scout the battlefield a bit. As I take off, the clown nose dives straight into the spot I was just in. X D...
I'd like to remind you I was in a gorgon. It's not like I took off like a rocket. |

dropship bowling was a favorite pastime back in the day when dropships owned the battlefield.
First call in cheap dropship.
Second, enter pilot seat of said dropship.
Third, Drive dropship in general directions of vehicles or red dots.
Fourth, evacuate said dropship post haste.
Five, activate dampener and hopefully arrive on ground safely.
Six, watch dropship crash hoping it hits something awesome.
It was fun when dropships were free. |

I've sniped guys off the turrets on Dropships before, IDK that I've ever spooked them though.
I remember hearing that you could snipe the pilot too if you were a good enough shot, I've never seen the pilot through a window that I remember though.
I shot a guy off a LLAV turret last night with a rail installation, he was right next to my installation, it was funny. |
