So when do we elect our own CPM and do away with the appointees?
Will it be sometime during Uprising?
IIRC they were appointed to help figure out who/when/how we'll transition to CPM1.
IDK if that is a good idea since if I were appointed to figure out who was going to be replacing me, I'd be dragging ass on it. |

yeah, I've seen the qualifications of the voters here.
Though a CPM we had a choice in > CPM that was appointed if you ask me. |

Yes, because we need even more evidence that they only exist to troll us. |

This is why I cringe when I see people jumping for elections already. Just because a player knows their role doesn't mean they will have the political stomach for the CPM, nevermind the ability to carry out the workload and remain reasonably neutral in terms of community opinion.
I'm not jumping for elections already, I am just curious on what kind of timeframe we are looking at. |

Just, in general, around the forums
TBH, I agree 100% with your POV on the situation. I just want more of a timeframe, I would like a CPM roadmap as much as I would like a CCP roadmap. |

IDK, I kinda agree with this, though I think it would be better if they were nominated by the community, vetted by CCP and then elected by the community. |

Yeah, IDK why CCP couldn't nominate candidates too, though I think most of the nominations should come from the players.
I also think it should be up to CCP to mechanically ensure the security of the election of CPM members.
I wonder if we'll get any relevant blue tag responses.... |
