Commando is just in the name. The announcer actually says it is a heavy when he selects it. Then seconds later he uses a sniper rifle until attacked. Once he starts getting hit, he whips out an SMG. So two weapons, one light and one sidearm. They just trolled you in the video by naming the fit Commando. Learn to see what is really there, not what you want/hope to see.
EDIT: I can't explain the equipment slot. Maybe it is a heavy variant they haven't finished yet. Heavy using the Amarr skin when it is actually a Minmatar heavy suit. Could be one explanation. |

I know some fear my Amarr Logi sniper build that has a proto smg and remote explosives, and I fight in the middle of my repair nanohive. Amarr Logi for life. |

Could be one explanation. it shows the name of each suit(actual in game market name) and shown the skill under the heavy and they both say commando.
Who made the video? Yup, CCP. Search the forums, SoxFour has claimed they like to troll us multiple times.

I think they actually modify searches for "Interactions" to also come back with "Troll" results. Unless I found a forum bug. |
