Militia shotgun fits are so dirt cheap. Even without BPO's for anything the suit runs less than 2.5k I$K.
This leads to me murdering proto's with my 0 sp alt (since respec) and collecting cash (and tears). = D
Two militia catalyzers low + miltia smg + Grenades = 300k+ profit per game. Just thought I'd share. On my main I think I'm going to spec into the advanced Minnie scout suit/specialist shotty. Might be a bit more I$K to buy it, but I've got a feeling (with the added shields/real catalyzers) I'll be swimming in money every game. = )
Shotguns & KinCats are just so cheap. X D
Just thought I'd share. Anyone have similar experiences?
P.S. Proto-Heavies are the best to beat down. They just can't turn fast enough to keep up. |

When it works its an incredible rush.
On the other hand the buggy moment, such as shooting a medium suit 4 times point blank, literally barrel in the back, at an objective then being gunned down by prospective victim are extremely frustrating.
I want to love shotties like I used to, but they can be incredibly buggy this build. Hit detection from hell. |

My personaly fav cheap set up is my Amarr Scrambler AV HIve build.
I can essentially do anything I have to while looking like a badass. Plus that Syndicate SMG I nabbed was a good choice, works like a charm. |

They are hit or miss depending on latency, that's for certain. Generally, If I "hit" and do no damage I just run away and come back later. = )
Maybe I should just pick up some cheapo nova knives too. = )

Militi Shotty (or merc pack if you have Dren) and Toxin SMG.
Random selection of militia mods depending on suit - scout suit is super fun with a couple of militia profile dampers at remote objectives. Wait for victims to come to you  |

Devious. Sadly, I don't think I'll be picking up fluxes on the alt I speak of (LameI3rain). Likely to be a vehicle pilot.

Dampeners seem not worth it to me, especially after one. With one on, no one will detect you (passively). I'd trade one out for a catalyzer I think... but I'm a speed addict with the shotty. |

YES!
I run a Gallente Scout with Kinetics, SMG, TAR and Flux.
Circle Strafing heavies is fun, alongside watching people fire everywhere trying to hit you. Best of all is misleading Proto Shield Tank users by pinging them with SMG, get them over-confident, lead them round a corner, cook a flux...Watch them run away whilst I chase them down. Had a match where I did the flux thing to two Proto Cali Logi users every time. Made one start sniping. Oh man...I love it. Hope it cost them at least 1 Million ISK. |

One of my alts is (well...was) a pistol dual wielder. Switching to another fully loaded assault scrambler was much faster than reloading.
That said, since uprising I haven't made much use of pistols. = /
Anyone have some good (cheap) HAV or Dropship loadouts? Preferably something at least slightly survivable. |
