More like DUST 101
:/ It's not about the graphics of the new games people, it's about the core gameplay and how enjoyable it is. Because we all have played these upcoming games and know their gameplay to be enjoyable- oh wait. No one has played these titles yet and all we have is a set of trailers and short, probably staged, gameplay samples.
These games are bound to have their very own set of problems upon release. It's not of any help to compare the current state of one game with orchestrated visions of another. |

Nah, DUST is currently an FPLS :/ Are you trying to step up the trollin' lately? I know you are disappointed with the state of the game but your posts get progressively worse.

We haven't seen any thing apart from a mere cinematic movie which didn't leave a good impression of the game, nor was it any good. That's what i wanted to get accross and in this context i see that i totally misread your post. sry 'bout that
I was trying to say that we should judge the next gen titles when they're released and compare them to the state in wich dust will be at that point. I think we agree on that.. |

Destiny is looking like what Dust WANTS to be in 5 years and the game isn't even released yet. If you took the Dust we have now and put it up on the big stage at E3 for presentation, people would real back in shock at the mention that this game is actually already a full release product. The Dust we have now is more like the Alpha version of Destiny. It boggles my mind how CCP can't even match what Destiny has after 2 years of Beta and development. It's two different console generations. Graphics defy any comparison for this reason alone. The point is that we don't know enough of how the game actually plays. Presentations are simply not very reliable in that regard. |

Oh, I see you're point now. It's just sad to see people turning a game where the developers spend ages trying to make it better being turned down by these idiots with such high expectations of the content in games.
To be honest. Everyone is completely free to spend their time and money however they want. It's also completely ok to vent some of the frustration if one is dissatisfied as long as a civil and constructive manner is kept.
What i notice more and more though is that some people are so disillusioned of the game that they have to constantly spam the forum with the same old complains or useless remarks to the point of it beeing an utter waste of time for everyone.
Imagine a party where some people are completely bored and annoyed for whatever perfectly valid reasons but instead of saying "i screw this party because of X, bye" they stick around for the whole evening without ever shutting up about what annoys them so much.
It's a usefull piece of feedback the first 20 times but at some point you just have a vocal group of people inflating the perceived discontent towards the game wich is harmfull to the community and poisons the forums as a usefull source of player feedback for CCP. |
