As for lip-service, hmm. I'm typing this :P

I understand your job is to plaster blue tags everywhere, but would it really hurt to put real information instead of well wishes in those posts? Pretty sure that's all I do... and my job is to actually design stuff. O_O
So, very simply, please post exactly when the next update is expected to be released, and what that update will fix.
Thank you
So you can continue to ***** like a two year old if they don't get through everything they posted?
GTFO.
We all want a better Dust, but that doesn't give you the right to act like an entitled toddler who misses sucking on his mom's teet. Grow up, and act like an adult.
They are working on it. It means more to them than to you.
This is what you choose to respond to? I've stated a very simple and straight forward, yet very important request. You are the reason why we cannot have constructive criticism, you just yell for the sake of yelling with no meaning or purpose.
It is incredibly important that we as a community know exactly what CCP is working on and planning to change in the game. CCP has wasted far too much time fixing things that aren't broken and consequently breaking more things by implementing "hotfixes". For example when CCP tells us they are implementing a hotfix to give LAVs far more health it would've been very apparent to anyone who plays this game more than 10 hours a week that it would create Murder Taxi 514-which is what we have now.
Another example, when CCP first tried to implement Active Omega SP Boosters my first question was how would they interact with boosters that were already active- would they supersede them, replace them, buff them? CCP did not see this issue until release day, and hence had to cancel Active Omega Boosters- thus wasting time- time that could've been saved if they allowed the community to know about their plan, and time that could've been spent fixing much more important things, such as aiming, hit detection, and lag.
So, CCP the reason we need to know what your plans are is so that we can tell you about the collateral damage your hotfixes will cause before you waste time creating them. Furthermore, you waste even more time fixing those unforeseen consequences even though those consequences would be very obvious to the player base and would've been easily avoided if you had just been more straightforward.
We know you have 8 million ideas that you hope to implement in the future- and that's the problem, you are not focused on what you need to be focused on, you're not focused on the most important game-breaking issues. Let the player base know what you are working on in the next update- which will probably be too many things at once- and we will focus you in on the important features and let you know how to implement them most effectively.
