They are plates that wont have any movement penalty. They will certainly give less HP than the regular plates as a trade off.
CPM tries to push CCP in releasing all stats and attributes before anything goes live so players can already discuss it. So stay tuned. |

Do not assume this are guaranteed to be the final stats released but they should give you an idea.

currently the complex version of the plates are 60hp and 2hp/s repair. but there is no movement penalty, not sure if there will be a stacking penalty placed on them, I think you guys should push CCP into making a light version and a heavy version.... like there is for vehicles and have the ones now the light version and make the heavy version complex 98hp and 3hp/s repair and a 5% bonus to repair rate per level
also it was fun playing with you guys cross, should do it again some time |

There are also plates that apparently don't add **** to your hp, but add a tiny bit to armor regen. |

As far as we know from the video the reactive plates do have a movment penalty and are less than 60 HP with very high CPU/PG. Same with ferroscale, but these have no penalty. |

Plates need a general overhaul to that are at least useful. |
