If there are any CEOs of small corps <10 or so who are not in an alliance and wish to broaden their DUST and EVE contacts, -IPL- would like buy your services. All members must come over and all members must be reasonably active. (NO once a month logins)
Terms can be negotiated by messaging me in-game. Directorships for CEOs and directors will only be given after a set amount of time to be outlined in the terms of our deal. After we have negotiated and both parties have a mailed copy of our contract, the following steps should be taken:
-Inform all members that the deal is complete and the terms of the contract. (Inform of deal prior to contract trading)
-Distribute ISK proportionately.
-Ensure members are transferring by NOT immediately disbanding your corporation.
-Once all or most (80%) of members have transferred, disband and apply to -IPL-
This is in an effort to increase all of our numbers drastically and quickly. We do expect a commitment to teamwork and comradery. We will take in your members and there will be no "new guying" and/or "trump carding". Our corporation is run democratically and our leadership represents our democratic interests within the alliance. This will be a good deal for all of us. |

Contracts shall be kept on record in each CEOs email. The terms will be a per merc payout with a 1.5 mil ISK + merc bonus to CEO for reimbursement and time invested.
CEOs should not expect outrageous amounts of ISK for the procuring of services as these moves are intended to be permanent. All payments will be made in 14 or 30 days depending on the arrangement. Any directorships will be granted upon approval of the -IPL- democratic leadership and ratified by popular vote. |
