Waaaugh! My tank blew up. CCP, do something about it.
No, wait, it must be some vast conspiracy.
Come on, even if it was the ground, nobody really gives a crap. If I was customer support I sure as hell wouldn't hold your hand as you cried about your tank either.
Installation, ground, or thirty guys sniping you at once, there is no need to bother looking at a log. You died. Get over it. |

This post is about CCP support... not whether or not there is an issue with ground problems. I'm crapping on the OP not defending the game mechanics. You've never died on terrain? I certainly have.. but I don't bother support about it. |

Raising attention to issues with terrain/clipping/lag/you name it that might result in the random destruction of 1.2m isk is, by itself, a sound objective and i think this is something that customer support is interested to know of, reimbursed or not.
Sure, sounds like a good objective alright... but the whole OP was about conspiracy mongering not simply trying to let us all in on the secret that there are terrain issues.

Quote:I agree, but i rather choose to ignore the parts i find unhelpfull and try to lead the OP into making this a constructive piece of intel for CCP. A perfect example of this going wrong was the possibly faulty heat mechanic of the scrambler rifle that was completely lost to the hiariously bad OP. This lead to ongoing personal attacks and killied any contructive discussion of a possibly important issue.
If the OP had any interest in a constructive thread it would have been very simple to create a thread designed for that purpose. That's my beef.
Of course, we all want CCP to fix all the damned issues. |
