Is simple really, give players who play every day a free passive SP boost, nothing big just like an extra 10% per day of consecutive play ( up to a max of 70% after 7 days). And after 7 days players should get 25,000sp as a reward. And also characters that don't have the passive booster equipped should get 10% of what the booster normaly gives.
Of course there needs to be rules so that AFK doesn't become more of a problem, so... >Players will need to be logged on for at least 15min >Players will need to earn a total of 1000wp to get their daly boost >Players also need to get at least 2 kills or 5 assists
P.S. If you could show WP per second on our character sheet somewhere that would be great! |

No. That would be horrible. It would hurt people who work, and they are the ones who spend money on the game. They just need to implement the roll over. You want extra sp beyond the cap, then grind wp. It is easy enough to earn 25k extra a week after cap. |

Dude that 25 matches, and that's if your pro :s. besides you don't have 15mins to play a game per day? Do you not believe that deadicated players should be rewarded ? But I get what your saying the skill deference between players in pub matches is an issue that should be resolved first.
Thanks for the input most people say yeah or nay, it's good to see some actual feedback :) |

What on earth is this rollover thing I keep hearing about?
And I leave Dust on most days, regardless if I'm playing or not, updating fittings, chatting and so on. |

The sp roll over basicly makes it so if you don't hit your weekly cap ,that potential sp gets added to next week's cap.

No. the missing rollover already makes it so that people with a limited playing schedule have the disadvantage. Dedicated players get their due rewards in form of the usual isk an SP payouts and i see no good in artifically increasing them. |

Well yeah but that's true of any multi-player game that has a skill tree of any kind, noobs (not saying your a noob) should NOT be able to compete against a well seasoned vet. It's like milita beating proto, it shouldn't even be possible. What you want is to not be placed in a match with people with 5 times as much SP as you, and there are topics about that, so plz find one and show them your support. |

To your comment. This is not a grind to power game. That's not the purpose of the skillsystem. Not the purpose of the tiering system. Using proto is giving you the edge in fights where you need it for a large price in ISK and that's it. It's not supposed to make you invincible against MLT gear and it's not supposed to be sustainable in everyday pub matches.
SP is supposed to define your role, not just make you stronger. The way it's designed even shows that.
And even ignoring that your post is based on a glaring stawman argument. None of this justfies artificially widening the SP gap just because you manage to play every day, in contrast to the guy who plays the same amount of time during the weekends.

I would use the quote thing but its just a back and forth between you and me ATM, so..
And what your saying is no reward is better than a small incentive to keep plaing the game, and yeah I'm one of those guys that would pay to get a boost to the passive sp, but that's because I don't enjoy grinding the same pub stomps to get my ault to atleast semi-good gear, because useing my main with 20mil sp to pub stomp is just not fun any more |

Your "incentive" means "i'm forced to play every day for no good reason" for the majority of the playerbase. |

Your not being forced to do any thing and its not like the boost is that good, but people who want it should have it but buying a passive sp boost. And yes there are hard core players who will do this and still play for the additional 50%, but to say that they shouldn't be able to do that is to say that hard core players are not welcome in the eve univers. And that's jus not true |

No. This idea is a carryover from those stupid Facebook games we all get suckered into. "Hey, play everyday and receive your daily bonus!"
Plain and simple, your reward for playing everyday is already in place. You get SP, you get ISK, and you gain actual player skill which improves either your gun game, your flight skills, your squad leader skills, driving skills, or all of the above.
That should be your incentive to log in. To be fair though, currently the state of the game offers little to encourage you to come back. PC and FW need to be what draws these vets to log in and squad up. |

Will my reason for requesting this is because its becoming harder and harder to play dust because the grind for proto feels so futile, noobies can't even hope to catch up with pros no matter how hard they try. But whatever I don't want to make this another QQ topic so ill just drop it. I'm clearly out numbered here, so no free passive SP boost even for those willing to work for it. |

THINK RE-TARD... n00bs should NOT be able to compete... then why da faq would they play, u WANT this game to fail? n00bs keep this running. its shameful to see PRO in pub matches... (IMO it shouldnt be allowed, plus it would promote BPO purchases & usage). n00bs VS PRO still run players off daily... that and data-leak, lag, quicksand, & invisible objects... I have played many MMO games these days many of them that were free to play. The games that loose a player base the fastest have a very poor matchmaking system where there are often very uneven teams. Dust should make a good matchmaking system one of the priorities. Course with how many flaws there are i can see where it is hard for them to balance out which needs to be corrected first the lousy hit detection the laggy servers the broken weapons or OP weapons or a matchmaking system. Hopefully many of these things will be fixed soon. I personally still consider the game to be in beta. |
