This offer will run for a week. I will sell district taken from the enemy and sell them for 160mil regardless of SI i will change the timer to W/E you like. Also i will offer one week protection from cronos corps for free, other enemies are 40 or the 25mil After that week you have to pay 40mil per battle, if you enter a contract with IO as your exclusive protector it will be 25mil per battle. Now let's see how many corp are serious about entering PC i just pulled your BS card.

This is a guaranteed district for the cost of two attacks and no gear loss. Really can't beat it. A good way for a corp to get into PC who thinks they CAN hold a district, start getting a little income, and not have to gamble on the initial assault because they don't have the funds for a 3rd, 4th, 5th attack.

If the district is attacked twice you make another 80 mil on top of the 160. If the district is lost are you obligated to recapture that district for the corp who purchased it as long as its within that week free of charge? How many times can a district be attacked during a week?

Actually the offer is fair. My comments were not directed to the deal you offered. What I was trying to say is that 90% of corps don't want to be in PC regardless of the price. I don't deal with selling districts that's kain thing. I have no idea how much isk districts go for. I do know that if we sell someone a district we wont attack it (unless the give a damn good reason too). We will help defend them if we have the people available or we can agree to a defense contract.
