[BUG] Repair tool trigger, often does nothing

I keep having to re-fire after waste time realizing it didnt fire and it wont lock. Easiest fix would be to invert the trigger, have it constantly on since that is its usual state and make trigger press shut it down and break the lock

I'm not sure about the invert thing, because at one point after Uprising it worked quite well, but now it' a ckusterfuck of not firing and no lock.

Repair tool lock misfires are much more common in Uprising than what it used to be in Chromosome. Not sure I like your invert idea though, normal target locking just needs to be polished a bit.
