I won't even be buying a ps4 in the first year, too many bad experiences with first gen systems to throw down the cash, I doubt I'm the only one.

I remember my grandfather getting out his shotgun every christmas and easter telling me that "tomorrow we're going to have venison/rabbit stew" (depending on which holiday it was). I think it was hilarious now, didn't think that then though.

What is this BS about assuming launch models will have major issues? Are you getting the PS3's launch model success confused with Xbox 360's Epic fail? My launch model 60gig, lasted just 2 months shy of 6 year's....I know people with launch models still alive and kicking today.

And $800? Are you ********? Sony has already stated that they are aiming for a lower price point with this model, part of why they dropped the Cell processor system. Smart money says it will be $400, potentially less.

If your early adopted PS4 never breaks, more power to you. However, I have watched on more than one occasion as people I knew went into something new wholeheartedly and got ****** by the bugs. I've learned to be more cautious with my purchases and to take my time rather than rushing in.

If my opinion is worthless why do you keep replying to me? Do you feel an overwhelming need for attention? Do you feel the need to be validated in your pursuit of buying a PS4? Is this why you've aggressively gone after all of the people in this thread who are deciding to be cautious about it?

Do you think that you being an early adopter is going to make you "cooler" than those of us who are choosing to wait? Are you afraid that your classmates might not like you as much if you don't have the newest bestest new console as soon as it comes out? Are you trying to prove to everyone how cool and l337 and rich you are because you're going to have the PS4 at release?

Seriously, I'm curious. Going solely off of your posts here I'd say your an alt of ALMIGHTY_STATIUS. You seem about as mature. I do find it amusing how vehemently you are trying to convince me (or is it yourself?) that nothing will go wrong with your release PS4.

there's no good reason, as far as I'm concerned, to buy a PS4 until there are enough exclusives available to justify the purchase. Which probably won't be until at least a few years into it's life cycle.
