RDV bit is mentioned in the corresponding bug thread (there's one for bugs, and one for feedback).

If someone wants to blow vehicles they should have to spec into AV not spec into grenades and kill things special roles are suppose to do.

There has been no acknowledgement from CCP that bolas' materializing inside of millions+ ISK air vehicles is an assassin oversight and horrible game mechanic that needs addressed properly before every pilot goes broke and either quits or can't afford to play anymore.
