Bleach, Naruto, Full Metal Alchemist, and Death Note are not on there. They are some of the best anime, but Sword Art Online is good if it fits your taste.

TBH Steins;Gate > ALL on your list. Also monster is really good for it's great characters (including one of the best villains of all time) and really strong plot. Code Geass...well...despite the fan service is was extremely good as well with a better ending than Death Note.

Why did you put Steins;Gate and Angel Beats on that list? Those are good anime, but Steins;Gate and Angel Beats are at least great anime, although Steins;Gate is more masterpiece-worthy.

Kk add Monster and watch it if you haven't already (it's an amazing mystery anime, and is superior to Higurashi in the mystery aspect) and Code Geass as well...
And should I watch Hellsing Ultimate? I don't want to watch the original because it doesn't follow the manga.

The problem with the anime adaptation is the huge amount of details they left out. It's as if the show had low budgeting with an amazing team and tried it's best. Still, was a good watch. I'd give it a try if nothing else. But have you seen Madoka Magica? Also - Anime Empire for in game chats ! It's the largest/fastest growing channel in Dust! 
Madoka Is on the list for later, but I'm finishing breaking bad ATM because I've seen too many animes in a short period of time.
