Sadly is spot on...I remember the days when i use to spend HOURS every day, training my reflexes and my tactical awareness, to get better at shooting games.... That was a different Gaming Generation. This days people just want to be Amazing at any game, with minimum effort .
Maybe Dust 514 needs a training game mode.. with maps designed to improve aiming, and tactical awareness. That will reduce the QQing a bit. |

I like Extra Credits. I do. However, I don't see a huge link between DUST and Toxicity. I haven't heard the racial slurs, the twelve year old males who have had sexual intercourse with my mother, or the endless messages of "you suck" or some other variation in this game like I have in others. I actually stopped playing one game online because of a particularly bad experience where a high pitched boy was singing how his "male reproductive organ" was far superior than other peoples "male reproductive organ."
I am sure it is there because every community has its jerks but when I get on League, I am ready for that toxicity. I can't get on WoW in a trade chat for longer than 1 minute without reading some ongoing flaming or statements, if it is still in the thought of "lawl, it game; that what you do." I have not really seen that in this game. Hell, I have gotten far more "good games" in my mailbox than good ol' fashion hate mail/complaining about what I was doing in a match.
