Umm.... no.
Before you claim a weapon is OP you need to rank within the top 3 in several matches where it was your most used weapon. Same before you can claim a weapon isn't UP. (Which is why I can safely say the MD is fine as is.)
If you can absolutely shred people with it, who cares how many points you have in it? |

That's too easy mate I can achieve that with a Militia AR that doesn't mean it need a nerf, just meant that I was playing well, or my team wasn't, or my enemies are idiots. |

My plan serves two purposes
1, it ensures that people have tested the hun themselves up till prototype level
2. If the weapon gets over nerfed, then the QQer ends up stuck with a useless weapon and wasted SP |

You can be good with a gun and have millions of SP dumped into it and still be completely clueless about it (we've seen this yesterday...).
You can have no relation whatsoever to a gun while still having a valid opinion on it.

Yes, but if i get stuck with a useless weapon (this is CCP, wh know it's what's going to happen), then I want other people to blow some SP first.

You've clearly never seen a "nerf scrambler pistols" thread. People talking about "abusing" headshots, cause it's such an easy thing to do
Frankly, if you have never used a weapon, then your opinion on it's balance is worthless. STD is easy enough to achieve, try it out for yourself, before you go wanting to nerf another persons playstyle. |

I would if CCP would refund those skill points later. Oh but wait, they won't. And that's where the problem with the beta was, no one was able to test most things because we all thought points were going to be permanent. |
