Who cares about the accuracy rating? It only relates to hip-fire afaik. The Tac beeing usefull in hipfire was the largest part of the problem. |

Almost all guns guns are pinpoint hitscan weapons when ADSed. If you haven't noticed this by now then i'll deny your application on behalf of CCP due severe lack of experience in the field. |

The insistince on using terms like "buff" or "nerf" bear testimony of the fact that some people don't quite get the purpose of balancing.
Every gun is supposed to be unique and interesting in terms of behavior and niche. The numbers are just there to make every gun usefull in something. The Tac rebalance is not primarily a nerf to one weapon but a buff to all the others that might finally be viable again. Therefore "nerfing" a weapon is not bound to be detrimental to the game but often improves the experience for large parts of the playerbase, just as a buff is not always good for the game, but can rather make the game unenjoyable for many players.
Someone always gets nerfed when buffing one weapon and someone always gets buffed when nerfing one. |

People are complaining now because they have to use a Tactical Weapon, Tactically ? The change is only two hours old so most of the QQ is based on mere conjecture. And of course people will complain when a weapon that was formerly without significant downsides now has one. Many Tac users (i might be one of them) will realize now that they didn't use the weapon how it was supposed to be used and will now find that they don't like it in it's intended role. That's completely normal.
